Study note
Unfortunately, waiting lists for mental healthcare can be long (months). While waiting, ask the huisarts about interim options. Organizations like MIND offer peer support groups. For immediate crisis help, call 113 (suicide prevention) or 0800-0113. These services are free and confidential.
