Dutch Exams provides unofficial Dutch exam-practice materials, progress tools, and optional AI-assisted feedback. The service is independent from official examination authorities and does not guarantee admission, a score, or passing an exam.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Some content is free and some requires a subscription or credits. Features, content, and limits may change, but changes will not remove statutory consumer rights or benefits already owed for a paid period.

Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues through the paid period. Refund and withdrawal rights follow the checkout terms and mandatory consumer law. Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider.

AI feedback can be incomplete or wrong and is provided as practice support. Review it critically and do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, immigration, or official examination decisions. You are responsible for content you submit and must have permission to submit it.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape at scale, share paid access, impersonate others, or use content in a way that infringes rights or law.

The service, software, branding, and original practice content belong to Dutch Exams or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for learning. You may not republish, sell, or create a competing dataset from the materials without permission.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, outages, or errors can occur. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will provide notice or a remedy required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Dutch Exams is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, or an exam result caused by reliance on practice content. Statutory consumer protections remain unchanged.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, security risk, or legal necessity. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to respond.

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will communicate material changes before they take effect when required.
